The island of Sylt is a magical and above all most non-typical spot for Germany. Apart from the peak season between April and August, it is quiet and idyllic, a place that you can retreat to, where you can finally find yourself again away from everyday stress. It is an island of rich and beautiful people and has definitely been en vogue for decades.

A fact that the fashion magazine of the same name is also making use of by reporting on the island’s fashion trends.

As part of the Obsession for Freedom photo series, a fashion editorial was produced which on the one hand reflects this idyllic Sylt but at the same time rebels against the “chic” and celebrates the pure freedom of creative work.
