A magical but also mystical place.

An equally magical, but also mystical place is the Lichtlberger Wald in my Bavarian hometown of Eggenfelden. A patch of earth that lets the senses come to rest and at the same time inspires your own perception. The incredible silence allows you to indulge in the past, enjoy the truth of the moment and inexplicably allows you to see the future in a clear version. This absolutely natural forest combines the past, the present and the future in a single moment. Decayed wood, the magic of the moment and the view into the future through the constant change of itself. “Der Lichtwald”, a newly created forest cemetery, now allows the old souls to take a peaceful journey into a different world, perhaps full of peace and quiet, like that the forest itself – mystical and yet magical – a unique place!
